          Q -- What are some of the common uses of Hypnosis?

A -- For most Hypnotists, their work is about 90% in three areas – Weight Control, Stop Smoking, and Stress Management.

But there are many more uses besides these.

In my practice, these three make up probably less than 30% of the work I do.
