Do You have any bad habits You want to get rid of? Well,
most people do! If You don’t, You must be reading this page because You know someone else who does. .Now if You’re doing this because You want someone
else to stop a bad habit that’s annoying You, let me tell you the truth. They might NOT want to change!
And it’s probably because You have mentioned it so many times and nagged them that they may be doing it just
to annoy You!*

The most common bad habit come to my Dallas / Fort Worth Hypnosis for is to
stop smoking. Do You know why so many people have trouble quitting smoking? There was a clue in that sentence
- the word "quitting"! We don't like to be "quitters" - it just sounds bad. Doesn't it?
You're not a "Quitter" are You? I help people "STOP with intention. And then I tie it in to when
they see a Stop sign or a red light. I remind them these are used to Control traffic, and now when they see one, it
will remind them They - not the cigarettes - are in Control. And the green light? Represents a longer, healthier
then there are those who want to "Lose" weight? Maybe stop over eating? No wonder it's so hard!
Who wants to be a "Loser"? Or who wants to lose anything - such as Your keys when You're getting ready to
go to work, Your glasses, money, Your job, or even when Your favorite sports team loses - You're not happy. So instead,
I help people "REDUCE" their weight and to be a healthy weight. And weight goals have to be reasonable.
If You expect to go back to the weight You were in high school, realize You'll probably have to go back to the amount of activity
You had then. You were a lot more active then. Instead of buying into what movies, society, etc. tells You is
the right weight, ask Yourself what would be a healthy weight for me to be Now?
