I enjoy helping people create positive, fulfilling futures for themselves. My biggest assets are my listening skills and empathy for the people I Coach.

Through my Coaching and training services I help business executives, from entry level to CEOs, entrepreneurs and business owners, and athletes of all ages and skill levels improve their level of confidence and achievement.

Sometimes when I’m asked what I do for a living, people look at me funny when I say “I haven’t worked in over 15 years.“ The reason I say that is very simple. I don’t consider what I do as being “work”.

There are so many rewards from helping others change their lives in positive ways. I enjoy being in my office. I set my own hours – I don’t get up until 10 AM – so please don’t call me before then, I may not be fully awake. I don’t like wearing a tie - so I don’t! But most importantly, I enjoy the people I choose to work with.

Having been in the corporate world for many years with varied titles and responsibilities: personnel director, operations manager, advertising and marketing, safety and security, corporate training, and sales manager—I realized I would be happier working in a capacity where I could really help
people with a one on one focus.

When I was 39 years old, I finally escaped from the chains of the Corporate World! Since then, I’ve owned and operated a variety of companies / businesses since then. I’ve handled the day to day aggravations, and the year to year ups and downs associated with being self employed.

During those years, I experienced and learned a lot. Now, I would like to share that experience and knowledge with you to help you achieve satisfaction and rewards in your life.

I constantly seek new opportunities for researching, taking new training courses and programs, and working to improve and expand my skills. My practice covers a full spectrum of uses.

My training, experience, and varied interests make me well qualified to work with a broad spectrum of clients—those just getting into business to top level business executives and owners of large corporations, and athletes of all ages and skill levels.

I’ve also worked with many celebrities—athletes - Olympic, professional, college, and amateur (hockey, football, baseball, basketball, soccer, golf, tennis, martial arts, body building, marathons, track & field, swimming, diving, gymnastics, dressage {now how many people know what this is – I didn’t until I worked with the athlete}, etc.), and also with actors and entertainers - movies, television, Broadway and local stage, dance, vocalists, musicians, etc.

These people found me by various means – usually referrals from other satisfied clients.
