Thomas, a professional Athlete (another sport besides Golf) came to me because he played in a lot of celebrity tournaments and for some reason his Confidence wasn't where it should be. He was afraid of embarrassing his teammates who played in a foursome with him in some of the celebrity tournaments.
We worked on quieting the Mind chatter, boosting Confidence and Focus and when he came in for a follow up session he was proud to tell me his team came in first place for the tournament he was so worried about.
Mike, a young high school Golfer needed some help with his Mental game so he could get a Golf scholarship to a college he really wanted to attend. He had a great season and got his scholarship!
Lisa played in a lot of company tournaments and was proud she had been the first place winner for many years - until she wasn't one year! She was referred to me by one of my equestrian clients. She came in to get her Focus back on winning instead of "not losing" and regained her title.
